International audience; The "Global administrative law" emerged in the United States in the mid-2000s as a research project aimed at observing and promoting the development of administrative-type norms beyond the state: transparency of international decision-making processes, motivation of decisions, emergence of appeals, etc. GAL's doctrine starts from the questionable assumption that classical international law, too stato-centric, would not allow the analysis of these phenomena. In particular, it rejects the notion of the source of law, but retains certain reflexes marked by classicism by excluding multinational companies from the reflection.
